Manager Dashboard¶
Get real-time visibility into your store operations with the manager dashboard.
Overview¶
The manager dashboard provides:
- At-a-glance schedule overview
- Pending approvals and alerts
- Quick access to common tasks
- Key metrics and insights
Accessing the Dashboard¶
Navigate to:
https://dashboards.coldstonereno.com/scheduling/manager
Sign in with your authorized Google account.
Dashboard Sections¶
Today's Schedule¶
View who's working today:
- Current shift assignments
- Upcoming shift changes
- Coverage status
Click any shift to view details or make changes.
Pending Approvals¶
Items requiring your attention:

Timely Response
Respond to pending items promptly to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Alerts¶
The dashboard highlights issues needing attention:
- Understaffed shifts - Below minimum staffing
- Overtime warnings - Employees approaching limits
- Unconfirmed shifts - Employees haven't acknowledged
- Expiring certifications - Upcoming renewal needs
Quick Actions¶
Common tasks accessible with one click:
- Add Shift - Create a new shift
- View Schedule - Open weekly schedule
- Add Employee - Start onboarding
- Run Report - Access reporting
Store Selector¶
If you manage multiple locations:
- Click the store name in the header
- Select the location to view
- Dashboard updates for that store

Notifications¶
In-App Notifications¶
The bell icon shows pending notifications:
- New time-off requests
- Shift swap requests
- System alerts
- Employee updates
Email Notifications¶
Configure which events trigger emails:
- Go to Settings > Notifications
- Enable/disable notification types
- Set email frequency (immediate, daily digest)
Customizing Your Dashboard¶
Widgets¶
Rearrange dashboard widgets:
- Click Customize in the header
- Drag widgets to reorder
- Hide/show widgets as needed
- Click Save Layout
Default View¶
Set your preferred default view:
- Go to Settings > Preferences
- Choose default store location
- Set default date range
- Save preferences
Mobile Access¶
The dashboard is fully responsive:
- Access from any mobile browser
- All features available on mobile
- Optimized touch interface

Daily Routine
Start of Day:
- Check today's schedule
- Review any alerts
- Process pending approvals
- Note any coverage gaps
End of Day:
- Confirm tomorrow's schedule
- Address any open items
- Review upcoming time off
- Plan for the week ahead
