Getting Started¶

Welcome to the Cold Stone SaaS Platform! This section will guide you through setting up your franchise account and getting started with the platform.

Before You Begin¶

To set up your franchise, you'll need:

• [ ] Your franchise agreement details
• [ ] EIN (Employer Identification Number)
• [ ] State Tax ID
• [ ] Store location information
• [ ] Manager contact information
• [ ] R365 credentials (if using R365 integration)

Setup Steps¶

1. Account Creation¶

Your franchise account will be created by the Cold Stone Reno team. You'll receive an email invitation to complete your setup.

2. Configure Your Franchise¶

Follow the Account Setup Checklist to configure:

• Franchise information (business details, tax IDs)
• Store locations
• Feature settings
• Initial user accounts

3. Start Using the Platform¶

Once configured, follow the Quick Start Guide to:

• Access your manager dashboard
• Create your first schedule
• Set up employee accounts
• Configure time-off policies
